Javier is Certified from the American Council on Exercise, Stott Pilates International, and American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. Javier was also a silver medalist (1990 American Fitness National Championship). He studied many forms of exercises and learned the skills of Zen, aerobic and yoga.
Being a graduate of CSU of Northridge with a bachelors degree in Human Health Science, Nataly has been working with Javier since 2007 as a Nutrition and Wellness Coach. Currently, she is continuing her education in the Master's Program in Nutrition and Food Science.
